In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Reproduction and distribution of images (ie: downloading, recreating, or altering) from Creative Lee's website and social media pages is not allowed if you do not have written permission from Creative Lee, partner artists, and contributors.

A gentle reminder:

  • Please don't be offended when we refuse to print licensed images, like Disney, Marvel, Football Logos etc. It is an offense and hefty fines can apply to those who reproduce licensed images for on-selling purposes. Yes, other people do this, but it is not a practice Creative Lee is prepared to be involved in.

  • Creative Lee has purchased and acquired the appropriate reproduction certifications to reproduce a small number of licensed images.

  • If at all you are unsure, please send us an email, and we'll help you with the information.

Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

  • Getting your items as soon as possible is important, so we make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours, once they have been lovingly created.

  • Please allow up to 7 days for customised items to be created and then dispatched.

  • Sublimation Blanks that are in stock will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from purchase/order.

  • Due to the nature of our products, volume (size of packaging), dictates cost not weight, and therefore it is often more economical to purchase in larger quantities.

  • Where possible, we use Australia Post. If you like, you can use their calculator to estimate your costs before purchase.

  • Within Australia, our shipping is based on volume, from $10.00 AUD.

  • International orders are based on volume, from $25.00 AUD. 

  • Larger bulk orders will need to be quoted individually. Please email us to request a quote.

  • We aim to get the best delivery charges possible and will often use third-party couriers to keep costs to you, as low as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Creative Lee is regionally based, which means shipping may take a couple of days longer to reach you. However, we do endeavour to have your items delivered to you within 2 to 8 business days within Australia, using standard post.

​

Alternatively, we can express posts items up to 22kg, within 2 to 4 business days, via Australia Post.

​

Overseas recipients can expect delivery within 3 to 5 weeks (depending on the shipping method used).

How to track my order?

Once we have created your memorable items, or packed your sublimation blanks, we will send you a shipping confirmation email or message. Your tracking link will be included, which will take you to our shipping partner's site so you can follow the live tracking updates.

Is pickup or local delivery available?

Definitely!

​

Local delivery includes the following suburbs: Albury (2640), Lavington (2641), Thurgoona (2640), Jindera (2642), Table Top (2640), Wodonga (3690), Bandiana (3691) and Killara (3691).

​

Pickup can be arranged by appointment only.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

1. Creative Lee suggests you take a photo of the damages and send it to us via email as soon as you can.

2. Contact us by phone or email the moment you notice there is a problem.

3. Keep communication open and friendly, we will try to help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

4. We will discuss with you the best option available for your situation, and come to a mutual resolution.

Note: by taking a photo, we can liaise with our transport company about any concerns about damages in transit.

At Creative Lee, we understand products can get damaged, or do not arrive in the condition we would like. If for any reason our products do not arrive in perfect condition, let us know as soon as possible.

​

Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to refund if you just change your mind; you ordered the incorrect size on customized apparel/clothing; or if you drop one of the breakables. 

​

For all apparel/clothing please check your sizes carefully. If you are unsure, please give us a call or email us before placing your order.

Warranty Disclaimer

About Our Policy

All products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase, providing they are used in the manner for which they are intended; and all safety or cleaning instructions that Creative Lee provided to you are followed.
